The focus was providing a platform for bankers to g et access to their customers’ information as fast and securely as possible. The solution aimed to minimize the number of clicks and time required to gather information and service the customer by submitting service requests on their behalf.
We consolidated work across multiple slow applications and physical paperwork into a single application that got the work done with few clicks and auto-population with the source of truth. This work made tasks that could take 20-30 minutes down to 1-3 minutes.
The project involved integrating information from Atlassian Jira, Fiserv DNA, and Bottomline into one application to help manage their system in one place. Another significant aspect of the project was automating service enrollment in DNA and Bottomline, streamlining the process and reducing manual effort. This automation helped bankers cut enrollment time from hours to minutes, including customer setup.
The document management system helped create quick access points for bankers to upload and reach customer documents quickly, improving efficiency and reducing the time spent searching for documents.
